Basham v. Commonwealth of Kentucky

The issue in this case was whether information obtained through a lawful federal wiretap order could be used by Kentucky State Police and prosecutors to obtain a search warrant light of a state statute prohibiting wiretaps. The Court held that since the legislature had not yet specifically excluded use of such evidence, it would not.
