Crayton v. Commonwealth of Kentucky, 846 S.W.2d 684 (1992)

In this dual-sovereignty case, the Kentucky  Supreme decided whether Kentucky would follow United States v. Leon, 468 U.S. 8977 (1984), deciding that Section 10 of Constitution of Kentucky did not independently require suppression of evidence when, in the absence of police misconduct, the search warrant was erroneously issued by a judicial officer. Chief Justice Robert F. Stephens dissented.
