Victor Dewayne Taylor appeals again on his convictions on murder charges (see Taylor I), with this appeal alleging that the Commonwealth Attorney systematically struck African-Americans from the jury pool in violation of the rulings in Batson v. Kentucky, 476 U.S. 79 (1986) and withheld exculpatory evidence under Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83 (1963).
