Employers can share opportunities with Brandeis students and alumni through our online career management system. Simply create an account, submit your posting and once approved under University of Louisville and ABA guidelines, it will be visible to students and graduates.
On-Campus Interviewing (OCI)
Each fall and spring, Brandeis Law welcomes employers to participate in our On-Campus Interview (OCI) Program. OCI allows employers to interview a large number of qualified students for:
- Summer associate positions
- Law clerkships
- Internships
- Entry-level attorney roles
Employers may select candidates 100% based on their hiring criteria, and there are no fees associated with participating in OCI. Our Office of Professional Development staff will coordinate all logistics, including scheduling interviews and collecting application materials.

Employers may request an on-campus or virtual interview schedule by registering through Symplicity.

Once registered, employers can request interview schedules through the OCI module. If you have questions or need assistance with the registration process, contact the Professional Development office at opdlaw@louisville.edu.
Flexible Hiring Options
In addition to OCI, Brandeis Law offers alternative recruitment options:
- Résumé Collections: Receive tailored application packets without conducting interviews on campus
- Direct Send: Let our office forward student applications directly to your hiring team

Employer Recruiting Policy
Brandeis School of Law expects all employers recruiting our students and alumni to adhere to fair and professional hiring practices.
Employers using Brandeis Law’s Office of Professional Development services must comply with:
- University of Louisville Equal Opportunity Policy
- ABA standards and policies on non-discrimination
- Applicable federal, state and local employment laws
Employers are also expected to provide a reasonable time frame for candidates to consider offers. We encourage practices that foster transparency, respect and fairness in all recruiting communications.
We reserve the right to withhold or restrict access to recruiting services if an employer fails to comply with these policies.
