Clay Talley ('13) joins Winstead PC

Brandeis School of Law graduate Clay Talley ('13) has joined the Dallas office of national business law firm Winstead PC.

He is a member of the Real Estate Finance, Default Resolution & Servicing Practice Group. His practice focuses on commercial lending and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS). Talley has represented lending institutions in commercial real estate finance transactions intended for securitization as well as matters related to commercial and ground leases and franchise agreements.
