Prof. Maynard to present at Law and Society Association

Professor Goldburn P. Maynard Jr. will present at the Law and Society Association's annual meeting June 2-5 in New Orleans.

Maynard will present his newest paper, A Plea for Courts to Abolish the Judicially Created Right of the Wealthy to Avoid Estate Taxes.

Professors Jamie Abrams and JoAnne Sweeny also will be in attendance.
