The University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law has earned a place on the 2026 Best Value Law Schools list published by National Jurist, recognizing its commitment to affordable excellence and strong student outcomes.
Brandeis Law joined this year's list after improving in every category evaluated, including tuition, cost of living, student debt, bar passage rates, and graduate employment. The school's annual cost of attendance ranks among the most affordable 20% of law schools evaluated nationwide.
“We know how critical it is to provide the best possible legal education but also maintain a tuition and cost of attendance that is accessible and affordable to many students,” said Dean Melanie B. Jacobs.
The recognition highlights Brandeis Law's commitment to providing an accessible, high-quality legal education that prepares students for meaningful careers. The National Jurist article also highlights the school's small class sizes, public service requirement and strong graduate employment outcomes.
